FESTIVAL PAYMENTS

When you arrive on site, your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband with an RFID chip that is registered to you.

This will give you access to all the places you are allowed to go and is also what you will use for all your purchases on site, by just tapping your wrist against our payment machines like you would with your contactless bank card or mobile phone. You can add money to it in advance and also whilst you on site

Here are the cashless steps and how it works:

The first step is for you to buy a ticket via SeeTickets
Then you can load money onto their ticket in advance via the event portal hhere oxtedfest24.eventportal.io
Once you arrive at the festiival your ticket is scanned and then a wristband is scanned - The act of the secondary scan to the wristband is to transfer your information and any credit you have pre-paid onto the wristband
Once inside you can continue to load your wristband via the event portal
You can also top up via an on site self service top up station.
You use your wristband to pay for everything and for re-entry
At the end ofthe festival please keep your wristband. It is the chip number on the back that allows you to reclaim any unspent credit up to the 24th July only
Please remember, anything left on the wristbands at the end of the festival that is not reclaimed is given to our registered charities
